PILATES HOTTY BOOTCAMP
Our Pilates Hotty Bootcamp will guide you toward your personal potential, with a Pilates/yoga-based workout in a supportive and positive environment. Our Pilates Hotty Bootcamp is open to anyone with prior apparatus experience.
Payment Options:
- Monthly: $50 per month (auto-pay) permanently reserves your space in this class.
- Drop In: $15

TRANSITION TO A VEGETARIAN LIFESTYLE
If you would simply like to reduce your meat and dairy intake, or are interested in switching to a vegetarian or even vegan (free of all animal products) diet, this class is for you. The health, environmental and spiritual benefits of eating a plant-based diet, as well as how to meet your nutritional needs will be discussed. You will learn skills and techniques to assist you in making informed food choices. So bring a hearty appetite and a curious mind to begin this healthy, fascinating and fulfilling journey. In the spirit of environmental awareness, please bring your own eating utensils – a plate, bowl, cup, silverware and napkin.

PILATES FOR WINTER SPORTS CONDITIONING

Skiiers, snowboarders, and all winter sports enthusiasts will benefit from this four week pilates workshop. Make this season your best! Prepare for th eslopes by developing core strength and stability, dynamic balance, lower body strength and power and flexibility. Matwork, reformer, tower and chair will be incorporated into the series.

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES APPARATUS SERIES
Learn the fundamentals of pilates, and experience how this exercise system will change your life for the better! You will improve your strength and flexibility; you'll walk taller with improved posture; reduce aches and pains, and so much more! Workshop will include mat and apparatus, including reformer, tower and chair. No previous pilates experience required. Pre-registration is required. PILATES FUNDAMENTALS MATWORK WORKSHOP

The Pilates Method emphasizes the development of core strength and stabilization, concentration, control, breath and flowing movement performed in a precise manner. These fundamentals are the foundation to building a strong and effective pilates practice. Whether you are new, or currently practicing pilates, this workshop will provide you with the tools to transform yourself inside and out.

Yoga Basics with Kirk Hartwig, RYT 500
Learn the basics of yoga, and prepare yourself to take other mixed level and beginning yoga classes. The primary focus of this workshop is on asana (yoga poses), and is great for those new to yoga or for those experienced students looking to get back to the fundamentals of yoga. This workshop will include some philosophy/history of yoga as well as instruction and assistance with breathing techniques (pranayama) and basic postures (asana) including sun salutations. So come and explore all that yoga has to offer. Minimum enrollment of six students is required, and workshop is subject to cancellation if this is not met. New Sattva students who participate in this program will receive $5 OFF when they sign up for our 30 Days for $30.

SAVORING THE MOMENT - Yoga & WINE!

Come join us for this unique workshop that pairs yoga with wine tasting! In our modern age we have all but lost our connection to the land that food and wine grows on. This workshop will bring us back to our roots. Enjoy a 1-1/2 hour earthy, grounding all-levels yoga practice, followed by a guided tasting of local organic wines, featuring Pescatore winery. Wine is loaded with anti-oxidants that have been proven to provide numerous health benefits. And combining that with yoga? Wow! This luscious practice will bring us into the moment so that we may better appreciate all of life's pleasures. Minimum attendance is required or event is subject to cancellation.
