The Pilates Method of exercise was developed by Joseph H. Pilates, who believed that physical fitness was the first requisite to happiness. The Pilates Method emphasizes the development of core strength and stabilization, concentration, control, breath and flowing movement performed in a precise manner.

Pilates sessions are offered by appointment. We offer 55 minute private, semi-private and group Pilates sessions that utilize Pilates reformers, half-trapeze towers, chairs and mat work.

Yoga Basics- Six Week Series
This six week series is an introduction to yoga designed for beginners, or those who have never done yoga before. You will learn the fundamentals of asana (postures), pranayama (breath control) and relaxation techniques. Call today to reserve your space!!

Yoga Fusion
Combining a variety of Hatha Styles, this challenging and fun class consists of pranayama (breath control), core strengthening, flowing sequences, and other yoga poses that build strength and balance while increasing flexibility.

Iyengar Style
Taught in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar, this style of yoga emphasizes precise physical alignment awareness. Props are often used to assist practice in order to deepen the experience of the postures.

Loosen Up at Lunch
This six week series will help you bring relaxation and rejuvenation back into your day. This class focuses on relaxation techniques, and gentle yoga to get the energy flowing in mind and body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Class is appropriate for senior, prenatal, therapeutic needs and other students looking for a gentle approach to yoga.

Power Flow
A dynamic, challenging class offering a variety of flowing sequences designed to deepen your practice and open your heart. Focus on combining breath with movement, refining postures and moving beyond the limitations of the body and mind.

Happy Hour
Blending elements of various styles of Hatha yoga, this class uses pranayama and challenging asana to help you relieve stress while building strength and flexibility.

Mommy Time
This “baby friendly” class will help Mom restore health and balance through strength, flexibility, and stamina-building poses while also focusing on breath work and relaxation in order to keep her centered.

Enjoy the energy between and connection with other moms-to-be while preparing your mind and body for labor, delivery, and recovery.

Yoga Core
With an emphasis on building core strength, this class builds strength and flexibility.

  • Sattva Weekly 2 Morning Class Rate: $22 (regularly $30). Hourly Kids Park Rate only $5 per hour per child.*

  • Monthly Unlimited Morning Class Rate: $85 (regularly $125). Hourly Kids Park Rate only $5 per hour per child.*

Note: Group Classes require a 5 week commitment. Classes meet once per week, and are grouped by instructor based upon ability. Private training is required prior to participation in a group class.

Cancellation Policy
As with any professional service, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before services are to be rendered. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in billing for scheduled services.
